Casa Rural Doña Margarita is an emblematic building located in the historic center of the Villa de Teror. It presents a traditional Canarian architecture whose construction dates from the late eighteenth century, and was restored in 2002 to become a comfortable place that maintains the essence of its original design.
The historic center of Teror is one of the most representative places of the Canary Islands since it has one of the most important heritage sites of the archipelago.
The town stands out mainly for the Basilica of the Virgen del Pino, patron of the Diocese of the Canary Islands, for its cobbled streets and free of traffic, the balconies and the stone present in the facades of their houses, the Sunday market, and for locating in a valley surrounded by green mountains.
On its two floors, the property houses four apartments with two double bedrooms. Each of them has a kitchen, full bathroom and a large living room with views of the Alameda and Basilica del Pino. On the roof terrace there is a solarium with sun beds and umbrellas for the use of clients.
The kitchens of the apartments are equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, ceramic hob and all the necessary cooking utensils.
